Welcome to the tenth edition of Flights e-journal.
We are delighted that you have taken the time to enjoy the brilliant work of our contributors and so pleased that so many wonderful writers have shared their work with us.
If you recall, we have told you in the past that submitting to Flights is a great way to come to the attention of our Small Press. In fact, in 2024, we will be publishing a pamphlet for someone whose poetry was published in Flights this time last year. We will be announcing our 2024 list in the next couple of months.
We hope you enjoy the work in issue 10 and do consider submitting for issue 11

P.S. If you have recently unsuccessfully contributed work to us, please do try again. Writing is not easy, and practise really does improve things. Sometimes all you need to do is check your work for spelling mistakes before you send it in. Really simple stuff. Also, please make sure you have read our submission guidelines. It is not just a set of quirky restrictions to make writers’ lives a misery (we’re writers ourselves). Submission guidelines are there to give us the maximum time to consider your work properly without increasing our workload unnecessarily.
