The Shortest Love Story

Stuck in a conversation that didn’t seem to spark his interest, he decided to let his eyes wander around the busy Austrian restaurant.

Unexpectedly, his gaze met mine.

Obviously, he wasn’t prepared for such a delightful encounter. The poor fool hadn’t realised that I had been studying the contours of his face for the five longest minutes of my existence, secretly admiring his ever-changing expressions.

All the customers started to vanish one by one as silence was enveloping us. Is there a more exciting feeling in this world than arousing the desire of a complete stranger?

But it was all too much, all too soon. I had to look away, pretending that something else was more deserving of my precious attention. Like my nails or my stupid phone, for example.

Much to my dismay, he did the same.

The conversation that had been making him yawn a few moments ago now seemed to captivate him entirely. I wanted to slap myself in the face. Why on earth had I let him go?

But thank Goddess, my not-so-secret-admirer couldn’t resist for very long… And so we carried on with this absurd, age-old game.

This time, he maintained his piercing gaze fixated on me, noticeably increasing the temperature in the room. Here I was, completely naked for everyone to see, willingly letting him penetrate me with his whole being.

I could feel my heart pounding in my chest and heavy drops of sweat beading between my breasts. Having little choice in the matter, my body slowly surrendered to this excruciating act of torture.

How delicious!

A conniving smile started to form on our lips, which were burning with a desire to meet each other. To taste each other. To lose ourselves in an eternal kiss.

But all good things must come to an end:

“Here I am!” my mother suddenly announced, returning from the bathroom. “Are you ready to go?”

Life is cruel sometimes.

Reluctantly, I put on my coat before stealing one last glance at the handsome stranger. And just like that, I disappeared from his life as quickly as I had entered it.
